JOY CATACUTAN-MONTOYA: Ms. Montoya received her Master Degree in Education focused on Educational Technology in 2006. She was Computer Teacher and Instructional Technology coordinator. With over 15 years experience working in the technology industry, she is currently a product development consultant.

RACHELLE PASTOR ARIZMENDI: Currently the Director of PACE Early Childhood Education Program in Los Angeles, Ms. Arizmendi has been involved with the Filipino communities for over 8 years. - TREASURER:
JESSIE FERRER CATACUTAN: Mr. Catacutan is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States. As the Director of Finance & Budgets for University of California, Davis, Mr. Catacutan is well versed in managing and operating million dollar budgets. BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
